Before you request access

Can I install SkaiLook now?

Public installation is not available yet. The development demo and Shopify App Store approval are separate steps.

Does my whole store need to have fewer than 300 products?

The limit applies to one selected collection. Your whole store can be larger.

What does setup involve?

We’ll first review the collection and example results with you. Before a paid test, we’ll confirm the supported theme, the actual setup steps and what help is included.

When do the 30 days begin?

The plan is to start the period after the preview is ready and the approved Shopify purchase is verified. We’ll confirm the tested start and expiry behavior before a live purchase.

Is it a subscription?

The first offer is $99 for one 30-day period, paid once through Shopify billing. It does not renew automatically. A new period would require a new explicit approval.

Can you show it on my products?

We would agree one collection and permission to use its product data and images. Submitting the form does not connect or grant access to your store.

What data will the app use?

The intended scope uses product catalogue information and images. We’ll confirm the actual permissions, providers and retention details before connecting a live catalogue. Please don’t send customer data or credentials in the request form.

What if the results are unsuitable?

We’ll agree useful examples, acceptance checks and the remedy before any live charge. Refund terms are not finalized yet.

Are the demo products from a real store?

The public demo uses 36 AI-generated dress images and test product records. It shows image comparisons within this controlled collection. We would review your store’s actual products separately.
